Jeffrey L. Zonderman, M.D., an established ophthalmologist in the local community has joined Ophthalmic Consultants of the Capital Region.
Dr. Zonderman is a board certified eye physician and surgeon specializing in comprehensive general ophthalmology. He is available to treat a broad range of diseases of the eye such as glaucoma, diabetic disease, dry eye, ocular allergies, and macular degeneration. Dr. Zonderman offers routine eye exams as well as emergency care, and is currently accepting new patients. Dr. Zonderman graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan, and then went on to receive his medical degree at the University at Buffalo. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Tufts University in Boston in 1999.
“I am very excited about joining this very successful multi-specialty, regional multi-location, ophthalmology practice,” said Dr. Zonderman. “For years, I have been looking for a group practice to join that embraces full-service, quality patient care with an outstanding professional reputation. I believe I have found that here.”
Dr. Zonderman was raised in the Capital Region where he currently resides with his wife and young daughters.
